Mountain Bike Performance Program
Designed for riders who want to ride longer, climb stronger, and accelerate faster on the trail, this program blends structured riding with targeted strength training to build complete mountain bike performance.
The plan follows a progressive training model that develops your body from the ground up—starting with stability and aerobic endurance, then building muscular strength for climbing, and finishing with explosive power for race efforts and technical trails.
You’ll train with three rides per week, supported by 2 strength sessions and mobility work to keep you resilient on and off the bike. Early phases focus on improving pedaling efficiency, joint stability, and endurance. As the program progresses, workouts introduce heavier strength training and climbing intervals to increase torque and sustained power. The final phase converts that strength into trail-ready power, incorporating sprint intervals, race-simulation rides, and explosive gym work.
